Hola a todos, aunque estoy publicando este mensaje un día tarde, creo que el mensaje sigue siendo importantísimo!!!

Acá les dejo un mensaje corto y les presento a parte de mi familia, la Suegra, el Cuñado y mi Esposa....

Después les puse un ratico de la línea de producción de Hallacas, como verán me estaba volviendo loco con los pabilos, y salían más hallacas de las que podía amarrar!!!

I wanted to share a brief message about the importance of family, and how it is our job to maintain a healthy relationship with them... Family is the cornerstone of who we are, and we are left with nothing, all we have is family... So make sure you call them, say I love you, tell them how much they mean, etc...

I also introduce you to some of my family members, my mother in law, my brother in law and my wife....

I also share a little video about the making of the "Hallacas", I was definitely the slowest of the group!!! But I managed to get through it!

Hello to all, my name is Federico Ruiz, and this is the 3rd part of the Lists series..
We have talked about the "at least list", the "things to improve list" and why it is so important that our name is on that list and on the top!
Basically the lesson that I wanted to share with you today, is about the list of goals and dreams... Today I am sitting on my drum set, I have a motorcycle helmet and a very significant and symbolic boy scout shirt with which I achieved the highest rank on my group... What do these three things have in common?

That they were part of a list!, The drum set and the Scout shirt were when I was 14 YO and the motorcycly about 2 years later... The boke I bought then was smaller that the one I have today, but the key is that when you have your list, and you DECIDE to get them... there is no obstacle to inhibit you from getting whatever you wrote...

My wish for you is that we begin next year, and ther next decade crossing many items on your wish list, and that together we make the next decade, our best decade EVER!

Thank you for being here, thank you for listening and reading, this demands makes me a better person, makes me grow personally, and I get a lot of value from trying.

Hola a todos, en esta entrega conversamos sobre una lista que personalmente me parece muy importante, y que si la tomamos en cuenta y nos comprometemos con nosotros mismos en cumplirla, las metas y sueños de mayor tamaño, se ven cada vez más cerca!

Esta lista la tomo de uno de mis grandes mentores Jim Rohn, la lista del por lo menos, es la lista BASE, es decir, menos que eso no nos podemos permitir lograr!

Hey everybody, I am sorry I posted episode #4 before 1, 2 and 3!!! I have been learning a lot lately with this video thing, but apparently I still have to get better!!
