Hello to all! In previous posts I have mentioned the impact books can have in your life, and have told you to read as many books as you can to feed your brain with as many of the great messages and philosophies of those that came before us.
What I will do in the following weeks is to bring forward a classic quote from the great thinkers of the past, so we can enjoy them and hopefully (If I am lucky to get your comment) discuss them.
Today I will begin with a quote from Winston Churchill:
"Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm"
What a wonderful way to say "Don't quit", and also to acknowledge that success only happens to those who continually go for the things they want.
Enthusiasm is simply the desire to achieve whatever dream you may have. How much do you really want it, is the size of your desire. When desire is intense enough, we get rid of the obstacles and focus on the way.
Success is a marathon, not a sprint race, and many people today are running as hard as they can in different directions hoping that eventually they end up running in the right direction. While those who succeed, run, go to the gym, train harder, run again, and continually keep improving their times.
So where are you? Signing up for the next run, or maybe you are working hard at the weights and cardio?
I think this series is going to be great!
Until next time!
