Hola a todos finalmente llegamos al final de esta serie... no puedo creer todo el tiempo que me tomó sacarla!!!

De todos modos, espero que este serie haya sido interesante para Uds, así como lo fue para presentarla y estudiarla...

Estos últimos 4 pilares, veremos que sólo con ellos no necesariamente se puede lograr la prosperidad, pero si los practicamos y dominamos, tendremos una capacidad no sólo de traer prosperidad a nuestras vidas, sino también a la de los demás!

La simpatía, la sinceridad, la imparcialidad y la auto-confianza... en el video explico con más detalle cada una...

Hola a todos seguimos revisando los pilares de la prosperidad de James Allen, el pilar de la Integridad nos ofrece excelente beneficios, déjame tu comentario abajo!

Todays pillar from the 8 pillar of prosperity from James Allen, is the pillar of Integrity...

I think we all agree that integrity is key not only in business but in all aspects of life. So instead of talking about its obvious importance, I am going to focus on commenting the 4 elements that comprise Integrity accoding to Mr Allen, and I agree!

The first one if Honesty: Honesty is critical in all we do, but we must practice it.. an example would be let's say we are in the middle of a negotiation, if we are honest, we should be looking to obtain what is best for both parties, and not think about what would give me the better deal, if the price we are offered is too low we would not accept it, right? Well, if we are the buyer, then we shouldn't accept a low price offered to us either, we should be fair in all aspects of life...

The second one is Fearlessness, when you operate from integrity, you have nothing to fear, you don't have wrong doings that people can call on you, so you can move forward with certainty and with purpose, which is our next element...

Purposefulness, is the result of not having a thing to fear, and when you move with purpose you get better results, you don't spend time wondering around and in doubt, making you much more efficient.

And last but not least, Integrity gives you invincibility, not an invincibility that doesn't allow you to fail, but rather that sense that when you do everything with integrity and rightminded, everything will probably come out right as well, if we made a wrong decision, it is best that not deciding at all. We can learn from it, and continue moving now better prepared, this is the kind of invincibility that operating from Integrity gives you.. Definitely great things to have with you don't you think?

Hello to all!! Here is the second pillar of prosperity according to James Allen, and his book of the same name.

This pillar is not only focused on the financial part of the economy, which we usually tend to relate to the word economy.

Economy is mostly about all the resources, so we need to pay close attention to all of them.

Mr Allen says there are 4 elements of the economy that we need to master, and that is attained by:

Moderation: We need to avoid the extremes, neither being cheap and cut on the resources necessary, nor go crazy and spend beyond what is necessary..

Efficiency: How do we use our resources, and not only the outside resources, such as time, money, human resources, but also our energy... If we spend a lot of time angry and complaining, that is energy wasted in things that are not helping us move forward to our goal. So if it doesn't help our cause... stop doing it!

Resourcefulness: This is referred to our ability to come up with solutions, quickly and efficiently, forget about spend a lot of time figuring out a way, think fast!! and put it into action, if you miss it will not be because of inaction, and you would have learned something!

Originality: Come up with new ways of doing things, forget the paradigms, we might be able to solve problems easily and cheaper, but that only happens when we are creative and come up with original solutions...

Well there you have it!

I think we have a lot of homework to do!!

Growthsperity #8 - 8 pilares de la Prosperidad Pilar 1 ENERGÍA

Hola a todos, hoy comenzamos con una serie de 8 episodios sobre la prosperidad tomados del libro de James Allen del mismo nombre...

Allen subdivide cada pilar en 4 elementos que son realmente imprescindibles para poder construir adecuadamente ese pilar.

La invitación es que me acompañen en realmente construir ese templo de la prosperidad, y que estos episodios, no sólo los vean una vez, sino repetidas veces para que las ideas queden más claras y queden sembradas en el cerebro...

Espero los disfruten! y practiquen!

Who wants to live in Pandora?

Hello to all, I hope you had a wonderful weekend and a productive Monday!

Last night I was finally able to go watch the movie AVATAR...Wow I was really impressed, not by the special effects and animation which were great, but of the great messages provided by the na'vi.

In the movie they portray the human race as the most inhuman of all, but in reality many things similar are happening today in our world.

Nevertheless, it also gives us hope because not all humans were blind about the disaster that was happening.

What a wonderful message the na'vi had to be able to literally connect with their land, their nature. I think we have many things to think about the way we see our nature Is it simply the place where we are, or do we see it as a mother that gives us everything?

I don't want to talk much about the movie just in case some of you have not seen it, that would be a terrible thing for me to do! But I do want to invite you, if you already seen it, to become a na'vi on Earth, and if you have not seen it GO WATCH IT! There are many beautiful messages in the movie, go with your heart open and willing to be touched by the movie.

Since this Blog is about growth and prosperity, in this case I think that in order for us to have sustainable prosperity, we need to take care of this awesome planet, lets start by not dropping that little piece of paper on the floor, not leaving the can of beer on the beach, and many little things that will make a difference...

Lets open our ears to hear the beautiful messages our Earth is giving us every single second, enjoy the sounds of the ocean, the wind, the rain, the singing of the birds, the tireless work of insects, the different scents...

If you think about it, we are bombarded by messages from our Planet, lets unclog our senses, and that will open our hearts...
